1) To lead and manage a team, sales or customer service, account management team would be ideal. Hiring, managing, motivating, coaching and mentoring each individual so that they can recognize their own potential and contribute to a profitable bottom line.

3) Contact with clients/customers or end users, either in a direct selling role or in facilitating others to build those relationships, increase sales.
4) Opportunity to use my operational/customer service experience in: order fulfillment; order processing; sales operations; customer service recovery.
5) Implementing and holding folk accountable to some key performance metrics and celebrating their victories
6) My ideal new title would be COO of a smaller, growing company, where part of the operational focus had a strong need for solidifying the sales process.
7) Being part of a leadership team at an executive level is also very attractive; or a role that allows me to foster and grow the bigger picture while being very much involved in creating a difference on a tactical level.
