Summary I am an extremely passionate individual when it comes to my career in Human Resources. As a result I have spent over 15 years gaining valuable experience in the areas including but not limited to training, recruiting, event management, change management, succession planning, people reviews, organizational design, and team collaboration. I am fluent in multiple HR program platforms and consider myself well-armed with the proper tools to make them each a stellar success. I am always willing and ready to take on new challenges and viewed as a very savvy, quick learner. I thrive on acting as a liaison to both internal and external customers, by constantly going above the level of expected service to obtain the 'WOW" factor in a professional, timely and efficient manner. I have also worked on projects in other business functions for both the baseline levels of Human Resources as well as many C-level initiatives with the confidentiality, professionalism and respect they deserve. Because of my out-of-the-box thinking, I have been invited to join multiple committees both in and out of my normal scope of work on many occasions and have been seen as an extremely valued member of every team I have had the pleasure to collaborate with. Having worked as a company administrator for a large number of HR platforms and programs for the last 15 years I am always seeking ways to improve our customer's experiences to the point of delight and challenging myself to keep on top of the most current HR related initiatives to stay fresh on the newest trends.
