Corporate Recruiter with PHR, MSM in HR and working on MBA

Hello – My name is Susan Gross and I was most recently the Senior Executive Search Recruiter with The BOSS Group/Direct Hire Services Division. I have an outstanding track record as a Senior Executive Recruiter, as evidenced by my awards and placements. At The BOSS Group I specialized in direct hire placements in both the DC Metro and Baltimore markets. I was responsible for the full-life cycle recruitment process, which included, but was not limited to, sourcing, screening, reference checking, and presenting jobs offers. In addition to these responsibilities I also worked closely with the clients during the recruitment process, as well as Account Management in the overall management of the recruitment process, which included attending client visits and participating in corporate presentations to prospective clients.
