I also achieved an inventory control variance of .0005 while managing my store. I headed the development and implementation of an employee manual while working at National Computer Resource. I also created a vestibule training program while at National Computer Resource and created a training manual for the cashier position. I also developed a spreadsheet used to balance sales reports, and implemented a process for tracking inventory. While working at SpiritAerosytems I implemented a type of "welcome to Wichita" packet of information for new employees relocating to Wichita.
