Description
Though I excel in the retail sector, I don't enjoy it any longer. I'm better suited to training others to excel at the jobs they choose to do. I teach people to play to their strengths, to read their customers, how to provide the best possible service, how to continue to learn, how to work as a team, problem-solving, etc. In all of my jobs, my strongest management skill has been that I am able to bring out the best in others. They are able to realize their strengths & skills and capitalize on them to the benefit of all. Every person has worth and needs a 'cheerleader' to push them past a plateau. I can revitalize people.

Accomplishments
Highlights:
I received an Excellence Award while at J Riggings due to outstanding sales and leadership. While at WalMart, I trained cashiers and sales associates that became Customer Service Managers, Department Managers, and Assistant Managers due to my encouraging them to pursue the knowledge readily available to them and allowing them to put it to use so that they would see their own growth potential. At LSU, in my one year as an Administrative Assistant, I decreased patient calls to my neurologists by supplying those in need with forms for Patient Assistance Programs that provided free meds for those who qualified. Social Services could not service the entire facility in a timely fashion, so my initiative and organization skills allowed the process to flow faster for our set of patients. Everyone benefited. As Asst Bus Manager, I trained my student worker to feel that she could leave my office and confidently speak with any adult or compete against any adult for a management position. She is now a mentor gaining recognition as a Student Recruiter though she is the youngest of the group at her college campus.Companies I like:
Any company having problems selecting, training, or keeping quality employees.
