Here's the deal. My resume may state that I am going in the direction of sales, but I'm trying to get out of sales. The longer I stay in sales, the more I cannot stand the reflection I see in the mirror. What I am looking for is something in the clerical or administrative field. I feel much better behind a computer terminal than trying to persuade someone to buy something they really don't need or can't afford just so I can increase my commission. I have discovered that that is not the person that I don't want to be. Sure everything you do as far as a carrer goes may be constitued as a sale, but I'm not willing to sacrifice my soul to greed. I like solving problems. I like being recognized for my input and achievements. I don't like telling people that they need to buy something and making them feel guilty when they don't. It makes me physically ill. My vision of a perfect team to become a part of is a team that makes a difference in peoples' lives. Something that I can feel good about doing. Something where I can go home satisfied. I'm looking for something in administration or clerical. Something where I can advance and grow into something else. I have plenty of customer service experience and I am computer literate. I have lots of other attributes, and I will be more than happy to share them with someone who is looking for a hard worker doesn't mind being challenged. I'm out here, please find me.
