Selling real estate is a major responsibility as it is the biggest purchase one can make. I sold during the height of market it was imparative that I presented offers as quickly as possible & to ensure my clients that they would win their bid for the home. My clients won their bids as I would include an addendum that stated they would purchase the home at $500 above the other competing offer. It worked everytime. Also, I was a major contributor to the real estate office consistantly earning the highest producing office in the county. I was ranked in the top 25 & 50 real estate agents in the county as well as the top sales earner in the office.
