I am responsible for staffing a word processing department open seven days a week from 7 am to 10:30 pm in a law firm. I need to hire good people that are able to work as a team as well as on an individual basis. I also look at processes and suggest new software or outsourcing certain projects to turn projects around quicker and with less cost to the firm.
