Partnered with Manufacturing Leaders in the design and implementation of Manufacturing Excellence organizational change initiatives to drive business results, including: New Manufacturing Vision, Strategic and Operational Goals, Zero to the Landfill (waste management), Work Environment Improvement, Plant Manager Development Program and upgrade of Hourly Workforce HR System.
