Highlights:

 Directed the successful integration of Comcast post-merger benefits program, saving $20M. Merger required inclusion of 40,000 union/non-union AT&T Broadband employees into Comcast’s benefits program and culture. Prepared project plan and developed team to handle transition. Achieved benefits savings and favorable rates through negotiations, plan design changes and joining coalitions. Reconfigured websites to successfully enroll/re-enroll 65,000 employees in just 20 days.  Developed online portal for benefits program, improving communications and saving $1.3M. Employee focus groups revealed lack of awareness regarding true net worth of total compensation. Developed online Total Rewards Statement, identifying benefits with corresponding values and links to various benefit provider websites. Provided employees with new perspective on total compensation value. Process saved considerable printing and mailing costs. Promoted five times throughout my tenure with Comcast. Received the 2003 Human Resources Person of the Year Award. Also Received Rookie of the Year Award in 2002. In my current position I have received the "Above & Beyond" Award several times.
