Provide outstanding customer service, maintain high level of sales performance, look for ways to improve and promote quality of service.
Responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Directly responsible for shipping and receiving merchandise, checking and auditing the store transactions for security purposes and to protect the store from any potential lose; consequently contribute to profits and revenue. Lost prevention is one of the major tasks of my job.
Balance team and individual responsibilities; to build morale and group commitment to goals and objectives. Treat employees with respect and make an environment of team work to achieve our goals. Use employees and customers feed back to improve our quality of service.
Work within approved budget; develop and implement cost saving measures and conserve organizational resources.
