From my own experiences, I've been able to train new and veteran Account Excecutives and Advertising Representatives to be more "Professional Sellers" vs. "Transactional Sellers". Sell customer benefits vs. product features. I also supervise trainers to teach our sales staff how to be more efficient, build relationships, and sell long term campaigns.
