I was able to bring aboard members that were already usiing AP material without being licensed. I did this by carefully approaching them with customer service skills, knowledge of our product, how it would benefit them to be a member, and staying positive in the process. I have also been able to reach out to religious stations that have not been key members in the past. I did this by letting them see the value in our service for all types of stations.
