Served as Human Resource Advisor responsible for advising and assisting the Division Headquarters. Personally recognized by Division Commander for dedication and flawless execution for providing technical expertise and guidance on how to conduct a Military Ceremony and display flags to every unit in the Division. Member of selected four person team that planned and executed the farewell visit of the Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff to Wiesbaden, Germany. Formulated and recommended protocol and distinguished visitor policies and procedures to the Commanding General, Deputy Command, and the Chief of Staff. Talked informally with establishment personnel and attended meetings of managers, supervisors, and work units to facilitate effective interpersonal communication among participants and to ascertain human relations and work related problems that adversely affect employee morale and establishment productivity. Evaluated human relations and work related problems and met with supervisors and managers to determine effective remediation techniques, such as job skill training or personal intervention, to resolve human relations issues among personnel. Formulated guest lists, composed appropriate invitations, supervised the distribution of invitations and acceptance of replies, and finalized arrangements to include determining proper placement of all United States flags.
