In the past year, I have worked as the Health and Wellness Coordinator for University of Florida. I have trained, evaluated, and supervised employees for the wellness centers. Additionally, I designed innovative health and fitness programs that were adopted and employed by the Division of Student Affairs within the University of Florida. The majority of these programs were geared towards increasing student involvement and improving the rates of exercise adherence. As a result of my management and recruiting efforts, the University of Florida reached a historical high for fitness and wellness participation in Spring 2007 and Group Fitness headcount numbers averaged 42% higher than the previous year
