TYPE TITLE URL DESCRIPTION

Book The Five Dysfunctions of a Team media url A "leadership fable" about identifying and addressing counterproductive behavior in a team setting. So many teams struggle with the issues laid out in the book, and the book made it easy to see how they affect the team dynamic and how to address them.
Book First, Break All the Rules media url I first read this book when we started our employee survey process. It really opened my eyes to the role of management in transforming an organization. Data-based analysis of the role of employee perceptions in organizational success.
