Highlights:
As you will see from my background, I have been effective in recruiting and retaining talent, and helping organizations to be recognized as employers of choice. My background includes managing the human resources function for various business units at three unique organizations. In each role, I have managed staff and directed projects. I have broad-based and senior�level experience in all facets of human resources management, including performance management, policy development, employment, compensation, benefits administration, employee relations, merger and acquisition, company reorganization, strategic planning, training and development, and compliance with legislative and regulatory laws. I have also worked closely with executive management at each organization.
Highlights of recent responsibilities include:
� Led employment and employee relations functions at OCLC Online Computer Library Center.
� Chosen to serve as interim Director, Corporate Human Resources.
� Led initiatives resulting in OCLC being recognized as a Best Place to Work in Central Ohio, Best Employer in Ohio, and Best Place to Work in IT by Computerworld.
In addition, I was proud to be recognized as �Superstar� in Human Resources in the April 2006 issue of Columbus C.E.O.
