Conduct effective internal and external recruitment and selection process for exempt and non-exempt positions. Serve as a consultant to management and employees on various HR related issues including, but not limited to, corrective action, legal issues, terminations, reductions-in-force, open door policy, performance reviews, and organizational planning. Review, investigate, and respond to all internal and external charges/complaints or inquiries such as compliance hotline calls and employee grievances. Develop and conduct HR related training for management and employees. Prepare new or revise existing job descriptions. Evaluate jobs using the corporate evaluation system. Research and resolve position control and FLSA issues.
