Initiated and organized a coalition of Nevada gaming properties and other key business to make recommendations to DOL to further detail the new Minimum Wage Law. * Conducted series of audit reviews resulting in over $200,000 in recovered charges to the company from an outsourced PEO service. * Proposed and transitioned to move the company from being outsourced through a PEO service to an in house program, resulting in a cost savings of $1,087,000 for the first year * Successful in federal labor audit challenges resulting in a re-classification for outside technicians resulting in a cost savings of over $500,000 per year in labor costs. * Recruited and managed staffing growth through two hotel expansions from 800 employees to over 2000-staffed positions. * Lowered the company's worker's compensation mod rate from a 1.90 to a .67 below industry standard.
