Description
Having worn multiple hats, I can be strategic and tactical as needed. I have successfully supported day-to-day business demands and provided hands-on support for continuous improvements by being an active contributor on project teams. These teams developed the HR department, organizational structures and processes that were adopted by corporate, region and division leadership, employees, and stakeholders as best practices. At Waste Management and U.S. Foods, I was asked to participate on several project teams with my corporate and regional business partners. Even though I worked hard and balancing my primary duties with the project team, I reflect on these periods of my career as being extremely rewarding. One of my passions is to always create an efficient, engaging, positive work environment which has in my previous positions, resulted in employee engagement and performance improvements.
