Highly educated, trained, experienced and was working as a program analyst at the Office of Planning, Analysis and Budget (OPAB) in OSM, in the Department of the Interior and have completed the LEAD (Leadership, Education and Development) program chosen by OSM for a extremely few and managed by the USDA Graduate School (graduated in February 2010). Worked also as an operations research analyst (statistician and computer simulation scientist) at the Naval Warfare Center in China lake, CA and briefly worked as a consulting economist at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations in Rome, Italy.
