I'm a very successful staffing professional with more than 25 years of experience in California. I have successfully placed hundreds of people in technical and other positions during that time and have supervised the placement of thousands of high level achievers for both direct and contract positions by recruiters whom I've hired and mentored. I have also been the recruiting closer brought in to finalize negotiations when problems arose with other recruiters' candidates. I have also developed and implemented highly successful recruiting procedures and processes to locate and hire top talent for a variety of positions for recruiting teams I've hired and lead. I have planned and coordinated a marketing and recruiting strategy to grow offices from start up in several different markets. I've set goals and set up monitoring and reporting procedures that would allow us to review those goals and reassess as necessary. I have dealt very closely with hiring managers and have written and rewritten job requirements on numerous occasions. I have taught people to build a database of future applicants and have been responsible for building a database of almost 100,000 candidates. Finally I have been responsible for the complete recruiting process, from the planning and timing of up staffing through the search process, through the close and hiring and finally the follow up with the hired candidates to help them be the best employees they can be.
