Highlights:

I was responsible for 27 states in Sales and Marketing Management for OEM, Distributors and Dealers in Custom Capital Equipment and Custom Controls, working with Automotive direct, Tier 1, Tier 2, White Appliance and General manufacturing with Material Handling Equipment and systems, Dunnage systems, Stamping, Welding systems, Automation, Robotics, Pick and Place, Fabrication, Assembly, Tooling, and Machining operations and Fixtures. I accomplished a 24% sales increase in 2003, 35% sales increase in 2004 and a 15% in 2005. Successfully increased a region that was $1.5 million to $3.5 million by adding two (2) major accounts within the Steel Industry with Service Guide & Oakes Foundry. Additionally I managed site personnel at major steel manufactures. I achieved goals of 12% to 16% consistently. Selected by senior management in 1997, to turnaround a poor performing region that had prior years sales of $80,000 and within one year realized sales of $863,000, a 1000% increase. As a result named “Salesman of The Year” for Taylor-Winfield Corporation. Implemented a new Industrial Sales Division for The Chart Group with existing sales of $50,000 per year into an organization that three years later achieved sales of over $350,000. Entrusted by senior management with hiring, training, and providing motivational sales support to inside/outside sales representatives. Had complete vendor selection responsibilities and P&L responsibilities. Promoted trusting relationships with all OEM’s, industrial, distributorship accounts and business-to-business sales within a thirteen state region throughout the Midwest, Southwest, and Southeast, that resulted in increasing territory sales from $6.5 million to over $8.5 million within a three year time period.
