I am seeking a position with a firm where I can apply my experience and skills as part of an energetic team in a growing company. I bring to the table over 15 years as an HR generalist having responsibilities for all levels of recruitment, personnel actions, Union relations of all types (including grievances , negotiations, and Union Avoidance actions). I have a strong history of Quality Management System development and training including areas of lean manufacturing, and establishing systems meeting ISO, Automotive and other external standards. Team building, training, and communications are my strong points, I am seeking to apply all of these skills as a key management player rather than as an external consultant. as this will enable me to enjoy the sense of belonging to and building an organization in which I am a member.
