Led recruitment efforts for 3 of the largest Silicon Valley operations / manufacturing facilities at Sun Microsystems during a two-year period when company headcount increased over 5000. Numerous successful college and university recruiting efforts at some of the top technical and engineering programs in the country MIT, Stanford, UC Berkeley, Cornell, U of M.
