Strategic Visionary Engaging Relationship Builder Solutions Driver I am a Strategic Visionary with a common thread throughout my career of strategically considering the optimal ways to make businesses profitable beyond the obvious paths taken before. This is innate in me and was further solidified during my business school training whereby I would generate, test and evaluate possible alternatives and choose the one that offered the best solution. Early in my career, I turned around an unprofitable area and made it into a new business which turned into a wildly profitable entity. By utilizing my creative forward thinking and diligent execution, my department became the second most profitable in the entire store with a 19% bottom line. This has continued in my successive positions in sales and business development roles where I have nurtured and leveraged my relationships to generate sales. As an Engaging Relationship Builder, I am able to connect with decision makers and sell significant programs (Dayton Hudson, Costco and AT&T). As a Solution Driver, I have used my abilities to reach and surpass goals such as identifying prime retail locations, negotiating favorable leases and planning store by store assortments that resulted in more than doubling retail sales in less than 18 months. In all of these cases, I was able to deliver added value to my clients and establish long-term business relationships with contracts that have lasted more than ten years and I look forward to doing this again within the company to which I align.
