A position requiring a successful and experienced SVP of Sales and Marketing in start-up, re-development and operational communities in senior housing in which I can contribute my talents, experience and abilities to develop a caring, knowledgeable and successful sales force that meets and exceeds sales goals. Qualifications' SUMMARY: EXPERIENCED in ALL ASPECTS of SENIOR HOUSING SALES (15+ years) of successful sales leadership, training and sells management in CCRC's, Start-ups, Re-developments, and Operational communities of all types * Strategic analytical thinker and problem solver. * Strong sales leadership skills which enable me to be an excellent leader over multi-site senior communities simultaneously and to meet and exceed property sales targets, goals and sales quotas. * Possess strong leadership skills to manage the regional and field sales staff to meet and exceed property sales goals by managing costs within the budgetary guidelines to bring their communities in with an overall positive profit margin. * Successful in census development in over 14,000+ units in over 90+ sites across the nation. * Successful in leading Regionals and Sales teams to meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue goals while managing cost within the budget for each project. * Skilled in hiring, training, motivating and managing successful and unified Sales Regionals and Field Sales Staff. * Knowledgeable in marketing of projects while monitoring cost per sale, marketing tactic success, development, and implementation. * Achieve high staff satisfaction ratios reducing turn-over in the sales arena at the property level which directly has a positive relationship on staff turnover cost. * Skilled in reviewing and training how to review sales and marketing plans, budget analysis and results for each community on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to insure positive return on investment dollars allocated and spent to include budgeted time to move-in. * Skilled in working with all senior staff to facilitate success of the entire organization by working together on our common overall goals.
