Fifteen plus progressive years of Human Resources experience assisting with Human Capital Management (HCM) strategy and implementation for compensation, benefits, payroll, recruiting, contract management, compliance, and communications. * Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and influential skills with employees and executive staff. * Advanced analytical and statistical implementation of HR and HRIS systems tools such as e-Verify, ePrism, Virtual Edge, MyScreen, 3.0, Report Smith, Crystal Reports, Salesforce, Lawson and ADP Enterprise. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include advanced use of formulas, vlookups, statistical calculations, and pivot tables.
