The team I am managing now consists of (4) RSM's, (3) rep firms and (2) Sales Engineers. Manage distribution relationship for SES, Anixter/Tried, ADI, Accu-tech, Leader-tech and GSS in the North Central region. Responsible to grow 2018 business from $2.5M to $10.5M in revenue. Lead NC team for establishing new accounts by building partnerships to increase market share and brand awareness. Develop new RSM's and assign accounts for partner management. Reporting directly to CEO and General Manager for North America William Chow. Director of Business Development, North America 06/16 - November 2017 Responsible for hiring BD team for North America. Increase customer base with large SI and Distribution, establishing new accounts by building partnerships to increase market share and brand awareness. Develop new BDM's and assign accounts for partner management, mentor (4) Business Development Directors and responsible for hiring and managing while working as Director of Business Development. Responsible for planning and managing regional and national shows in strategic vertical markets segments to increase Dahua brand awareness. Created, designed and implemented many large projects, beginning-to-end working closely with System Engineering team for successful deployment of new projects.
