Provide senior level technical guidance and administrative support to the Chief Human Resources Division for the Department of Public Works and Transportation in the development and administration of promotional tests. Prepare request to hire packages to fill departmental vacancies. Conduct job analysis research and policy/procedure development. Develop job announcements for open competitive and promotional advertisements. Manage processing of Past Performance Appraisals and Assessment forms. Manage and input all employee actions for 486 employees, such as, new hires, promotions and merit increases into Cyborg computer system. Responsible for classification and recruitment policy and procedure as a decentralized agency. Responsible for applicant screening and counseling, pre-employment physical coordination; and job classification studies.
