 Partner with field manufacturing managers to provide a “hands on” presence for seven plant facilities.  Provided high end recruitment for Corporate facilities while working with company executives  Plant level roles filled in production, engineering, human resources, finance, supply chain, and continuous improvement.  Corporate level roles filled in supply chain, engineering, IT, finance, and marketing from contributor to director level.  Fully utilize social networking sites, job boards, and referrals to source talent.  Recruit for positions for all countries in North America.  Maintain reports and tracking of all requisitions for North American supply chain recruitment.  Provide guidance and training to managers in regards to recruitment, interviewing techniques, and applicant tracking software.  Manage and negotiate terms with Vendors.  Provide payroll and benefit support to new hires, and resolve plant payroll issues.  Manage background checks and on boarding process for new employees.  Maintain compliance for audits, and following OFCCP guidelines.  Maintain a strong knowledge of FMLA, FLSA, EEO, USA and Canadian employment law.
