Played AND SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS (continued) a key role the North American Manufacturing Study as a Corporate Project Leader which resulted in a $180 million cost savings the most significant single cost savings project within the history of Quaker Oats. Contributed and provided direction throughout the various design development implementation and management phases of the North American Manufacturing Study Project. Introduced and managed a model for efficient utilization of talent management including effective recruiting retaining and development. Team Leader for our Core College Campus Recruiting efforts. Managed our strategic development efforts which facilitated the simultaneous merger of four (4) unique and diverse companies and cultures into one unified organization as we built a cohesive team relationship through managing significant change and improving key performance indicators. Developed and implemented coordinated strategies for Senior Vice President and his staff of five (5) Regional Vice Presidents and their thirty-four (34) Distribution and Customer Service centers.
