Qualifications Summary I am a solid professional with proven business skills. I am computer proficient with Microsoft Office and many other business and CRM software programs. * * Experience * 2010 - Currently Director of Business Development, Sales and Marketing, ISO Management, * Human Resources and Chairman of Workplace Safety Committee Gabler Inc. * * Upon hire I was charged with growing and improving sales and marketing for our logistics business. Responsibilities included transportation departments, warehousing group and line side support for OEMs including JLG, Volvo Construction Equipment and Manitowoc Crane Group. I also had supervision of the implementation of supply chain management and vender managed inventory programs that supported these OEM lines. All business units have seen profits increase annually, we have doubled our main warehouse space to 200,000 square feet and increased our transportation unit by 25%. * * In 2010 was tasked with developing a military sales division. Created business partnerships with BAE Systems, Mantech International, Oshkosh Defense, VSE, Raytheon and Letterkenny Army Depot amongst others. * * In 2011 took on role as the Corporate Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. I manage, participate in and facilitate kaizen events in our organization and with our business partners and customers. I am first point in quality and non-conforming issues, root cause analysis implementation and corrective and preventive actions. * * In 2012 I was named environmental manager in charge of Green certification and achieved company- wide GBB Platinum status within 3 months. We remain a GBB certified and green operations business unit. * * In 2013 added Web site design, marketing, eCommerce and management to my responsibilities. * * In 2014 I was tasked as the management representative to achieve ISO 9001: 2008 certification. I was given an 18 month window and completed it in 9 months. I continue as Quality Management System Manager today being responsible for continuous improvement and quality objectives throughout the organization. * * In 2015 I assumed the responsibilities of Human Resources and Benefits Manager. I interact with all employees in benefits education and utilization. I also manage personnel onboarding, termination, review and reprimand duties. * * In 2016 I added the responsibilities of Chairman of the Work place Safety Committee. Responsible for all business campus safety issues and OSHA compliance, DOT regulations and reporting, accident investigations and safety training activities.
