SUMMARY: * 10+ years of people management experience with a proven track record of fostering a positive and productive work environment that develops organizational capabilities through effective talent acquisition and employee relationship management * 8+ years of planning, organizing and prioritizing projects and programs in a changing environment * 7+ years hands on experience in negotiating with unions and significant employee relations experience responding to grievances and employee concerns, handling investigations and executing exits * 6+ years of managing staff responsible for payroll and benefits including open enrollment * 5+ years of hands on experience dealing with organizational change initiatives including writing new job descriptions, analyzing engagement surveys, and making recommendations to leadership teams * Strong experience in dealing with compliance with governmental regulations, such as Immigration, FMLA, ADA, COBRA and EEO concerns * Proficient in dealing with compensation and benefits package strategies and annual administration * Superior interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively and interact with personnel at all levels of technical ability and expertise
