Summary of experience 14+ years in Human Resources Management governing all HR functions, but not limited to: Organizational Development, Recruiting, Interviewing, selection, compensation, succession planning, payroll, workers compensation, benefits, performance appraisals, disciplinary action, stellar compliance of HRIS systems and files, employee relations, policy and more. Within these 14+ years, I also played a role governing logistics (Transportation industry), shipping, receiving, labor unions, DOT, safety, processes of production/manufacturing, while collaborating with our customer, General Motors. Who I am I have an innate ability with people. I lead by example. I am a "go-getter." I have a passion for helping people become successful whether it is small business or big business. I want to see things done right, with the utmost integrity. I believe in knowing and understanding the values of an organization but most importantly, having the skill too influence a team, to align the necessary behaviors with those values, is at the forefront.
