Summary of Qualifications * 10+ years experience in local and national staffing * Successful track record in recruiting for IT and Engineering positions * Strong ability to locate and attract the "passive" candidates * Solid understanding of Engineering and IT disciplines, principles, terminology and protocols * Strong, aggressive phone skills and work ethic * Vast experience recruiting for Colorado, Bay Area, Southern CA, Texas and nationwide * Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems Bullhorn, Webpas & Brass Ring * Proven success formulating accurate and detailed Boolean search strings * Engineering level, manager and executive level recruiting experience * Experience with clearance for aerospace and defense * Experience working directly with executives, hiring managers and HR personnel * Proven ability using different sourcing strategies and databases * Ability to multi-task and manage workload independently with minimal direction * Hands-on experience with business development (sales) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong experience & proven success working on contract, contract to direct and permanent placement positions * "Can do" attitude, reliability, resourcefulness, and attention to detail
