Summary: Managing for results has been my success during the past twenty nine years of experience in Human Resources and Health and Safety. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and a member of the Society for Human Resources Management. My drive to manage through people using accountability and recognition has proven successful in substantial reduction in cost. I am excited to apply my experience in owning my own business as well as working with a large corporation. . Accomplishments: I have extensive training in Employment, OSHA, and Health and Safety. As a Health and Safety Manager I had the responsibility of over 17,000 employees, a budget of $33 million, and was able to reduce our cost by over $3 million.
