QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY * Certified Teacher & HR professional who is also a published author with over 10 years of experience in HR nonprofit administration, change management, employee relations, employee development and benefit administration. * My first fiction novel was accepted and published by Tate Publishing in 2016 I created my own marketing and communication strategies to promote my first book and started my own publishing company. * Recently created my first Screen Cast Instructional Video on how faculty can teach to deaf and hard of hearing students. I was asked to share with entire faculty at University of Memphis.
