SUMMARY: Strong Human Resources Management background in all areas of human resources including: recruitment, compensation (all levels), benefits administration, organizational development, employee relations, employment law, leadership development, policy and program design and development. Accomplishments * In less than 1 year, was given the Recipient Rights function to run for the Behavioral Centers in addition to Human Resources. * Reduced turnover and improved employee engagement within 6 months at the Behavioral Center and Samaritan Behavioral Center. * Implemented and facilitated a "think tank" called QForce at VisionIT, which was successful in designing the company's new business model. * Established organizational development programs (previously non-existent) at the Ilitch companies, CDI, Behavioral Center and Samaritan Behavioral Center, and Frontier. this included leadership development, succession planning, knowledge transfer program, competency assessments and meeting facilitation * Designed and Facilitated the first ever Strategic Planning Process at the Ilitch owned companies (Little Caesars, Blue Line Foodservice, Champion Foods, Uptown Entertainment, Pizza Kits, Detroit Tigers, Detroit Red Wings, Olympia Entertainment and Olympia Development) which helped to define their business strategy over a ten - year period. Also facilitated strategic planning for Ilitch Charities, The Red Wing Alumni Association, and Little Caesars Hockey, using my same design. * Designed and implemented performance driven incentive plans for executives at the Ilitch companies Created the first ever focused leadership development program at Ilitch Holdings and CDI Corporation, which included 360 degree assessments, other assessments, succession planning and the identification of high potential staff. * Created own leadership training classes that covers several soft skill sets.
