Areas of Expertise * Human Resources: Onboarding of interns and volunteers. Resume reviews and scheduling interviews. Phone, Email, Face to Face and Panel interviewing. High volume recruiting during spring semesters for the fall. Coordinate interviews between managers, team members and candidates. Debrief after interviews with selected candidates. Team liaison to HR to complete onboarding paperwork, including background checks documents. * Domain Management Working with domain suppliers to register, transfer and renew domains globally. This includes utilizing software to ensure domains and websites are active as well as invoicing clients. Inputting zone files. International travel. * Project Management/Team Building: planning client and employee events (yearly retreat and picnic), creating group therapy curriculum. Staff and client appreciation projects. * Operations: Running the day to day operations of Emerald House (day treatment) program, including facilities management, food and business supply procurement, and security. Kitchen operations, including maintaining King Country food safety standards, ordering stock, menu planning, high volume and fast pace daily lunches. * Technical: Type close to 70 wpm, proficient at Microsoft Works: Word, Outlook including calendaring and email, Excel (formatting and Vlookup). Dashboard experience including PyschConsult and Avatar. * Customer Service experience, in the food industry, domain management, retail, hospital/medical, military and clinical settings. * Certified Chemical Dependency Professional Supervisory role and trainer of diagnosis and treatment. & Professional Accomplishments
