SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS: * Over 13 years of generalist HR experience, including quality assurance management and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, city and/or local laws (ERISA, FLSA, ACA, FMLA, State Disability, ADA, and Worker's Comp). * Strong interpersonal, communications, employee relations and HRIS skills. * Experience working directly with senior management (CFO, CPO), as well as supervising a team.
