Between 1988 to 1997 I was an Organizational Specialist at Lenox now bought out by Newell Rubbermaid. I was involved with the Development and Implementation excited to obtain a position with a well respected company and once again becoming involved with hiring; needs assessment; gap analysis; development of H.R. policies and developing and implementing in-house training programs. I would again like to be involved with hiring and handling disciplinary issues and promotions.
