Summary Provide exceptional client service and candidate experiences throughout the full life cycle of recruiting to the Financial Markets, Higher Education, Strategy Consulting and Technology spaces. * Collaborate with senior managers to identify/scope recruitment needs and develop/implement effective sourcing strategies * Direct source, screen, and guide candidates through the recruiting process * Develop and maintain network of contacts to identify qualified candidates, leveraging my personal professional network, online recruiting resources and client's exisiting database of candidates * Monitor, participate, and enable best candidate interviewing process and fine-tune strategies when needed * Educate and influence hiring managers on candidates skill sets, recruiting process, strategy and market conditions * Participate in the development of ongoing and cost-effective sourcing strategies
