COVER LETTER: : John Dimon's proven history of Business Development, * 1993 (Retail Chain Explosion), Disney stores planned on opening 200 new locations, Disney's goal was to create 40% new products, and packaging exclusive for its stores. Disney Store's Creative Director, had no internal budget to hire the staff he needed. At that time Euro Disney was still in the red. He could not use the Disney tower (artists), these artists were already working on other products. With no budget to hire full time trained employees, and a directive to create hundreds of new products with packaging, I suggested that he outsource a team of artists. I went to Hanna Barbara, DC comics, and Marvel, found artists that had worked at Disney and familiar with its assets. Together he and I with my team accomplished every directive given, until Disney could hire on its own team. * 1997 (Managed Care Sector Explosion), California legislated that all Medicaid enrollees enter, into a HMO. Several Medicaid clinics and some established HMO planned to enter this new sector. I cold called all of them is So. California, to do their branding/marketing and advertising. I ended up getting LA Care, Care 1st, Molina Medical, Tower Health. * 2001 - 2002 (Banking Explosion), California had the largest filing for state chartered bank in California history. I cold called all of them, met their CEO's & CFO's and by 2012 I had acquired 20% of the independent banks in So. California, doing their annual reports, and marketing materials.
