Summary I have helped my husband run a retail grocery market for the past 20 years. We started out a 3000 sqft to a 7000 sqft, and now a 40,000 sqft grocery market. I have business great administrative skill, marketing skills, and management skills. I overlook about 40 plus employees and implemented policy and procedures for all of the departments. Accomplishments Sales have substantially increase $50,000/month our first year in 2014 and $100,000/month our past year 2015, exceeding expectation. Our customer base have grow 50 percent and products have also expanded to a different level of Asian, Persian, Indonesian, Hawaiian, Hispanic, and American.
