- West Unified Communications, is the Global Leader in communications specializing in audio & video conferencing, web collaboration, messaging and presence management. I helped companies improve communication efficiency, execution and agility in their unified communications services. As a Global Account Manager, I was incentivized via an Op-ex expenditure rather than a Capex model. * Managed and sold small, medium and enterprise accounts. * Engaged with potential clients through various methods (i.e. value add propositions, services, management) all methods were needed to create an, spark interest, opportunity and close the deal. (Great vision on who is a great candidate to sell to in order not to) * Call on C Level executives and Vice Presidents of Sales/Marketing, Procurement, and IT Dir, Town Managers, Superintendents of Public Schools etc. 7 Meetings from using Salesforce and other integrated CRM tools such as "Intelliconnection" to conduct a strategic call log and disposition of each call.
