I then provided the Vice President of Human Resources with recommendations to improve the overall level of employee satisfaction. As a graduate research assistant with the Montclair State University Psychology Department I participated in all levels of psychological research and was responsible for coordinating the activities of between one and six undergraduate research assistants in order to ensure productivity.
