Career Summary Served as Detachment Commander of a Movement Control Team leading the detachment through more than 20 training events to include a 3 week mission in Egypt. Also served as the detachment First Sergeant leading the daily activities of the unit ensuring that each task was completed and that each Soldier was held accountable for their assigned duties. Served as the Officer In Charge (OIC) of the brigade's Human Resource (HR) section. Supervised 8 HR NCOs. Counseled and mentored Soldiers to assist them with their professional and personal growth. Trained the section to be more proficient in the daily operations that brought the brigade's suspense rate from 73% to 97%. Developed a budget tracking roster of all orders for the brigade and the 5 subordinate units. This budget tracker increased the brigade's overall readiness from 80% to 98%.
