For over 15yrs I’ve worked with both professionals and “at risk” youth implementing and developing very successful trainings in Life Skills, Prevention of Drug and Alcohol abuse, Conflict Resolution, Team Building, Effective Communication, Bully Prevention, and Service Excellence (to name a few). These trainings were done for many organizations, which included New York City Board of Education, Prince Georges County Government, The District of Columbia Public Schools and Johns Hopkins Bayview. As a Peaceable Schools Coordinator, I assessed the needs of Transformational Schools (schools performing below average) and gave the staff and students the training or support they needed to meet District of Columbia Public Schools standards.
