Produced 3.1 million annual units over $1.2 billion dollars and doubling of EBIT dollars from 2009 to 2012 via consumer product and brand leadership of the Electrolux Sears Business Team. Awarded 100% of the private brand cooking business in the US and Canada and added 100% of the microwave hood business through a third party external sourcing arrangement. Headed the $50 million-dollar Kenmore PRO Project Team resulting in the launch of a new super-premium high profit brand at Sears. Grew EBIT from $14.5 million in 2005 to $22.6 million in 2006 and changed mix via the addition of features/claims SKU Rat of low GP models with product marketing efforts focused on selling high end. * Achieved first "#1 Consumer Reports' Product Rating for Kenmore Cooking" and grew to 7 number one product ratings 12 top three ratings and the "JD Powers & Associates Top Rated Product Line Consumer Award " best built-in cooking products Kenmore Elite. * Garnered and later expanded Whirlpool's Kenmore freestanding cooking product line mix and annual net sales from 2 mass premium model families to 10 through introduction of key consumer innovations and effective merchandising. * Oversaw $16 million dollars in market research trade marketing and promotion plans.
